Qualifications

1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience
2+ years of supporting Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting
2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment
High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

Network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling and systems administration in diverse software/hardware environments
Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours
Provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous IT solution improvements
Manage local technical projects
Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes
Identify root-causes of operational issues and inefficiencies
Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours
Travel up to 25% of the time
