Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional IT support experience in a multi-user environment.
• 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting and deployment.
• Fluent in Cisco networking and either Linux or Windows.
• Current valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across diverse hardware/software environments.
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• Provide analytical/technical assistance for continuous IT solution improvement.
• Manage local technical projects.
• Create/maintain policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
• Support customers across multiple buildings and remote locations; travel within local/regional area.
