Qualifications

• Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts (up to 12 hours).
• 1+ years of OS support experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuously learn new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remotely.
• Move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Travel within local or regional area to support customers.
