Qualifications

Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.

Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts (up to 12 hours).
1+ years of OS support experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
Assist in training new hires.
Continuously learn new technologies.
Support customers from multiple buildings and remotely.
Move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
Travel within local or regional area to support customers.
