Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company LL is seeking an IT Help Desk Support specialist to join our team. You will assist with hardware, software, and network issues to keep business operations running smoothly.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 2–3 years of related experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills, and proficiency with Windows systems and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, IS or related field preferred.
2–3 years of IT Support/Help Desk or desktop support experience.
Knowledge of PC building, maintenance, and operations.
Knowledge of networking for workstations and server connectivity.
Knowledge of Windows desktop OS and Windows AD.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent time management.
Ability to work well in a team and build relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide internal support for office hardware including servers, PCs, and mobile devices.
Develop and maintain databases for business processes.
Resolve problems and issues with computer and server systems to limit work disruptions.
Ensure correct and timely customer service.
Assist with proactive responses to network and security alerts.
Document actions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement.
Establish best practices across the entire helpdesk process.
Support continuous improvement of IT services.
