We are seeking a skilled, hands-on, and solutions-oriented IT professional to support, maintain, and enhance our organization's technology infrastructure across both office and shop-floor environments. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing networks, supporting end-users across departments, and ensuring uptime and reliability of systems critical to production, engineering, and business operations. Cybersecurity, cross-functional collaboration, and responsiveness are key to success in this role.---

Key Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support to employees across departments, including production, engineering, and administration.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
• Support manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, and CAD/CAM integrations.
• Manage network infrastructure, including switches, access points, and industrial connectivity.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to support data collection, automation, and software connectivity initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding users, managing permissions, and maintaining IT asset inventory.
• Maintain data backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and support.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge base.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven experience in systems administration or network management.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.

• Experience with Cisco Hardware (Switches, Routers)
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
• Experience with HP Hardware (Servers / SAN, etc)
