Qualifications

• Experience in help desk or desktop support roles.

• Familiarity with common business applications and IT asset management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote support, and in-person.
• Diagnose hardware, software, printer, and network issues and resolve tickets.
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Document issues and update knowledge base and asset inventories.
• Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff as needed.
