Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira) preferred.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and business apps.
• Create, prioritize, update, and close tickets.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
• Maintain documentation and IT asset inventories.
• Provide end-user training on software and security.
