Job summary

Suffolk Construction is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to serve as the primary local support contact at the Temple, TX jobsite trailer complexes. You will provide hands-on and remote support for Windows, macOS, and iOS devices, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deployments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications include 4–8 years in IT support, strong experience with Windows 365 and Teams, and a preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 4-8 years of experience in IT support or related technical role.
• Strong experience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Teams, and end-user productivity tools; macOS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local helpdesk support contact for the jobsite trailer complexes.
• Provide hands-on and remote support for end users across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.
• Troubleshoot moderate to complex issues involving hardware, software, account access, Microsoft 365, Teams, network connectivity, printing, and jobsite tools.
• Lead and support hardware and software deployments, including device imaging and setup for users.
