Job summary

Lendbuzz is seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator in Boston to own endpoint management, asset lifecycle, and day-to-day IT support. You will lead Jamf Pro/Connect for macOS, JumpCloud for Windows/Linux, and collaborate with the broader IT team on projects.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in IT, Jamf certifications, and strong communication skills for cross-team support and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or endpoint/device management.
• Jamf certification with hands-on production experience running Jamf Pro and Jamf Connect for macOS fleets.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux systems, including server administration, in addition to macOS.
• Experience with JumpCloud or a similar MDM/directory platform for managing Windows and Linux endpoints.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and mobile device management (iOS/Android).
• Strong communication and customer service instincts.
• Proactive you anticipate problems and drive improvements while handling multiple issues.

Responsibilities

• Own device, asset, and lifecycle management for the Boston office.
• Administer Jamf Pro and Jamf Connect for macOS and JumpCloud for Windows/Linux endpoints.
• Manage Apple Business Manager for device enrollment, app licensing, and managed Apple IDs.
• Provision, configure, troubleshoot, and repair macOS, Windows, and Linux machines and peripherals.
• Own IT asset management end to end including procurement, deployment, licenses, and disposal.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and role-change processes for devices and accounts.
• Own daily Jira ticket queue; prioritize, respond, and document fixes.
• Write and maintain SOPs and knowledge base docs for self-service by employees.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments on broader initiatives and improvements.
