Job summary

The City of Phoenix is seeking a Cloud Apple JAMF Administrator to manage Apple devices across the enterprise using JAMF Pro in a cloud-managed environment.

You will enroll, configure, and secure macOS and iOS devices, integrating with ABM, Intune and Entra ID to streamline provisioning and compliance. The role requires 3+ years in Apple device administration and a solid background in enterprise IT security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Apple device administration experience.
• Experience with JAMF Pro and ABM.
• Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) and Apple devices in enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise identity systems and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports Apple devices in a cloud-managed enterprise using JAMF Pro.
• Manages enrollment, configuration, deployment, security, compliance, patching and retirement of macOS and iOS devices.
• Integrates JAMF with ABM, Microsoft Intune and Entra ID for automated provisioning.
• Develops configuration profiles, policies, apps and automation scripts to improve efficiency.
• Provides advanced troubleshooting and end-user support while maintaining security and usability.
