Job summary

GM Financial is seeking a Lead for Apple Endpoint Management to govern macOS/iOS deployment across the enterprise. You will design, implement, and optimize JAMF Pro, ABM, and MDM workflows while coordinating with infrastructure, security, and identity teams to ensure secure, scalable, and user‑friendly endpoints.

The role emphasizes leadership, automation, and compliance in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment, with a strong focus on improving end‑user experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in endpoint management, with a strong focus on Apple platforms.
• Expertise with JAMF Pro administration and architecture.
• Knowledge of macOS, iOS, ABM, and device enrollment programs.
• Experience with identity integration (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta SSO, conditional access).
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Bash preferred).
• Leadership experience guiding technical teams and driving enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of JAMF Pro for device management at scale.
• Oversee end‑to‑end management of Apple enterprise platforms including ABM, MDM (Intune), and service integrations.
• Manage provisioning, deployment, and configuration standards for Apple devices across the enterprise.
• Establish and enforce security baselines, policies, and compliance controls for macOS/iOS.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for Apple endpoint and JAMF‑related issues.
• Define SLAs, KPIs, and cross‑functional collaboration with infrastructure and security teams.
