Job summary

City of Phoenix is seeking a Cloud Apple JAMF Administrator to deploy and manage Apple devices across the enterprise using JAMF Pro and related cloud tech. The role focuses on macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS, ensuring security, compliance, and efficient lifecycle management.

The candidate will integrate JAMF with ABM, MDM, Entra ID, and other identity platforms, develop configuration profiles and automation scripts, and provide advanced troubleshooting to maintain a superb end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Apple device administration experience.
• Experience with JAMF Pro administration and Apple Business Manager.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Apple devices in a cloud-managed environment using JAMF Pro.
• Manage enrollment, configuration, deployment, security, and retirement of devices.
• Integrate JAMF with ABM, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and other identity platforms.
• Develop configuration profiles, policies, applications, and automation scripts.
