Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to bolster the IT Helpdesk team in McLean, VA. The role covers Windows Server and Windows 11 administration, Apple Mac administration, and Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Intune.

Location: McLean, VA.
Work from HQ office located at 1600 International Dr. 4-5 days a week (8 am-5 pm)

Responsibilities

Provide Level I and Level II helpdesk support to end users to resolve technical issues.
Document symptoms and status information in a ticketing system and assign priorities.
Maintain health and availability of Windows platforms; perform routine backup/restore and user/group administration.
Set up laptops, workstations, peripherals, and network equipment; perform regular IT inventories.
Troubleshoot TCP/IP, LAN connectivity, and print sharing issues; manage Active Directory troubleshooting.
