DivergeIT, Inc. seeks a Senior Help Desk Technician to act as the senior escalation point for a team of technicians supporting Windows and Apple environments on-site in Plano, TX.

The role requires deep knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure Entra, Intune, and Mac platforms (up to Catalina). Strong networking and troubleshooting skills are essential for effective client support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT technical support in Windows and MAC environments.
• 5+ years Microsoft Intune experience.
• 5+ years Microsoft 365 experience.
• 5+ years Azure experience.
• Networking support experience.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose root causes of issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for a team of technicians.
• Provide remote support to clients across Windows and Apple environments.
• Troubleshoot cloud-based network technologies and user connectivity, email, printers, and permissions.
• Assist with Office 365 setup on PCs, MACs, and mobile devices.
