Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an on-site IT asset deployment specialist in Las Vegas to deliver, provision, and upgrade endpoints (Windows 11 and iOS devices) for a classroom and field environment. You will manage enrollments and sign-ins, configure MFA and SSO, and ensure connectivity and data backups across devices.

The role requires 1-3 years in customer service with strong technical skills in Microsoft 365/Azure/Intune, plus hands-on experience with IOS and PCs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years: Customer Service - will support all levels of the organization
• Technical Skills - Microsoft 365/Azure/Intune
• Handling of IOS and PCs

Responsibilities

• Deliver, replace, and upgrade assets including Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices (laptops and iPhones).
• Complete new device provisioning both in person and remotely in classroom setting.
• Manage signing into all endpoints and iOS devices and completing device enrollment processes.
• Ensure teams can connect to WiFi.
• Configure Azure MFA during enrollment process.
• Ensure team can sign into single sign on (SSO) applications.
• Confirm M365 suite of product usage on endpoints and iOS devices.
• Set up MS Outlook signatures on endpoints and iOS devices.
• Ensure backups to OneDrive for old iOS devices and syncs to new devices.
• Ensure applications, configurations, and peripherals are installed and working.
• Provide feedback to project manager/leadership for escalations.
• Removal, tagging, documenting, and processing of endpoints and iOS devices collected from the team.
