Allegiant is seeking a Workplace Technology Support Technician to provide excellent first-level support for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices, hardware, printers and peripherals, ensuring secure endpoint operations. You will handle device setup, triage, onboarding for new hires, document interactions in Allegiant's ITSM system, and respond to after-hours on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years supporting end-user technology in a team IT environment.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with AD, Intune, Jamf and M365 administration.
• Strong hardware/software troubleshooting and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level hardware/software support for end-users and peripherals.
• Assist with new-hire provisioning, hardware, software and access.
• Document interactions in Allegiant's ITSM system.
• Diagnose and resolve issues within SLA guidelines.
• Contribute to knowledge base with helpful articles.
• Respond to after-hours on-call when scheduled.
• Support on-site for high-visibility events.
• Maintain accurate IT hardware inventory and travel to Las Vegas sites as needed.
