Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an IT Support Technician to provide onsite support to internal end-users, handling Windows/PC issues, Office 365, Exchange, AD, Group Policies, Entra administration, and hardware setup. You will configure, deploy, and troubleshoot hardware and devices to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing software/hardware problems, supporting desktops and network equipment, managing user accounts via AD, and handling tickets efficiently while coordinating with vendors

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, AD and Office 365 administration.
• Ability to document technical processes and provide clear guidance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot PC workstations, printers, and network devices.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Collaborate with vendors to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Respond to and resolve tickets through the ticketing system.
• Recommend desktop, laptop, virtualization, and network configurations to support business needs.
• Assist with software deployment and endpoint management.
