Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to deliver onsite and remote IT support, troubleshooting a range of issues from workstations to servers. You will manage Windows/macOS environments, verify Office and security tooling, and help clients optimize their IT operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, experience with Server 2016–2025, VMware/Hyper‑V, and MS 365/Azure, plus a valid driver's license for client visits.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS in a professional setting.
• Experience with Server 2016–2025 installations, updates, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration and support.
• Minimum three years in IT support or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of firewalls, switches, and general network architecture.
• Proficient with MS Office, Adobe products, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint security, mobile devices, and common business apps.
• Experience with MSPs is desirable.
• Active Server Certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to clients.
• Troubleshoot workstation OS, printer, and business application issues.
• Address line‑of‑business app issues (e.g., SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) with vendor help as needed.
• Resolve server issues and basic/intermediate networking problems.
• Act as escalation point for technicians.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours and weekend support.
