Job summary

Collabera Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support an onsite device refresh and deployment initiative in Las Vegas. You will bring LVS employees onto new Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices from provisioning to configuration.

Day-to-day duties include provisioning, enrollment support, network/app configuration, data migration via OneDrive, and troubleshooting. The role emphasizes reliable device rollouts and asset handling.

Qualifications

• Windows 11 support experience required.
• iOS/iPhone support experience required.
• Proficiency with M365/Outlook applications.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of applications and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, replace, and upgrade Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices.
• Provision new devices and assist employees with enrollment.
• Configure Wi‑Fi, Azure MFA, SSO, M365, and Outlook.
• Back up and migrate iOS data through OneDrive.
• Verify applications, configurations, and peripherals are working.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and escalate when necessary.
• Collect, tag, document, and process old devices.
