Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an IT Technical Support Agent to support key IT infrastructure, assist end users, and resolve desktop issues. The role combines on-site and remote work for Windows 11 environments and hardware devices, with a focus on efficient problem solving and knowledge sharing.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in IT/IS and 2+ years in service desk, desktop support, and customer service, with familiarity in Active Directory and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT/IS or related field.
• 2+ years in service desk support.
• 2+ years desktop support experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT service desk tickets/issues in a timely manner and document solutions.
• Provide desktop support and install hardware and mobile devices for on-site and remote users.
• Assist with IT desktop deployments and computer imaging activities.
• Support Manufacturing and Distribution IT hardware (handhelds, barcode readers, printers, scanners).
• Collaborate with Managed Services on Windows 11 issues.
• Triage issues and escalate to other resources as needed.
• Publish knowledge base articles for self-service support and training.
• Coordinate with IT vendors to resolve problems.
