Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking an IT Technical Support Agent to support key infrastructure functions, provide desktop and device troubleshooting, and assist with deployments.

You will work with users, resolve level 2 infrastructure issues, and create knowledge articles for self-service. Candidates should have an Associates degree in IT/IS, 2+ years in service desk and desktop support, and experience with Windows environments, printers, barcode devices, and ITIL-based ticketing.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in IT/IS or related discipline.
• 2+ years of service desk support experience.
• 2+ years of IT desktop and device problem solving experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT service desk tickets, document issues, and create knowledge articles.
• Provide on-site and remote desktop support, hardware installs, and mobile devices.
• Assist with IT desktop deployments and computer imaging.
• Support manufacturing and distribution IT hardware (handhelds, barcode readers, printers, scanners).
• Collaborate with Managed Services on Windows 11 device diagnostics.
• Triage and escalate issues as needed to other technical resources.
• Publish knowledge base articles for self-service and training.
• Coordinate with IT vendors to resolve problems.
