Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an IT Technical Support Agent to provide on-site desktop and infrastructure support for users, troubleshoot hardware/software, and assist with imaging and deployments. You will work with Windows 11 devices and coordinate with the Managed Services team and ServiceNow ticketing system.

Strong communication and problem-solving are essential. Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree in IT/IS and 2+ years in service desk or desktop support, plus customer

Associates degree in IT/IS required.
2+ years in service desk or desktop support.
2+ years to troubleshoot IT hardware/software.
2+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Resolve IT service desk tickets in a timely manner and document knowledge articles.
Provide on-site desktop support, install hardware and mobile devices.
Assist with IT deployments and imaging activities.
Support manufacturing and distribution IT hardware (barcode scanners, printers).
Work with Managed Services on Windows 11 device diagnosis.
