Fortune Brands is seeking an IT Technical Support Agent to troubleshoot desktop hardware/software and provide on-site end-user support. You will resolve tickets, assist with deployments, and work with Vendors/MSP teams on Windows 11 devices.
Requires an Associate degree in IT/IS, 2+ years in service/desktop support, and strong customer service and communication skills. Salary range available with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
Formación
- Associates degree in IT/IS or related discipline required.
- 2+ years in service desk and desktop support roles.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
Responsabilidades
- Resolve IT service desk tickets and document solutions.
- Provide desktop support and hardware/mobile device troubleshooting.
- Assist with desktop deployments and imaging activities.
- Support manufacturing and distribution IT hardware (barcodes, printers, scanners).
- Collaborate with MSPs on Windows 11 issues.
- Triaging and escalating to other tech resources when needed.
- Publish knowledge base articles for self-service support and training.
