Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations in North Las Vegas is seeking an IT Technical Support Agent to support critical infrastructure, assist end users onsite, and resolve desktop and device issues with strong analytical and communication skills.

You will handle service desk tickets, deploy desktops, support manufacturing IT hardware, and collaborate with our Managed Services team on Windows 11 devices, escalating when needed and documenting solutions for self-service.

Qualifications

2+ years of service desk and desktop support experience
2+ years of IT desktop and device problem solving experience
2+ years of customer service experience
Minimum of Associates Degree in IT/IS related discipline

Responsibilities

Resolve IT service desk tickets in a timely manner and document solutions
Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and mobile devices for on-site and remote users
Assist with IT desktop deployments and computer imaging
Support Manufacturing and Distribution IT hardware (handhelds, printers, scanners)
Collaborate with Managed Services on Windows 11 devices to diagnose issues
Triaged issues, escalate when needed, and resolve via ticketing system
Publish knowledge base articles for self-service and training
Coordinate with IT vendors to resolve problems
