Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an IT Technical Support Agent to assist with key infrastructure functions, desktop troubleshooting, and on-site user support. The role requires good analytical and communication skills and involves collaboration with the Managed Services team and other IT resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associates Degree in IT/IS related discipline.
• 2+ years of service desk support and desktop support.
• 2+ years of IT Desktop and Device problem solving experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Resolve IT service desk tickets/issues in a timely matter; document and create knowledge articles.
• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and mobile devices for onsite and remote users.
• Assist with IT desktop deployments and computer imaging activities.
