Job summary

Entre Technology Services is looking for a Technician I/II/III to provide exceptional onsite and remote IT support for small to medium-sized businesses across Montana and Wyoming. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in technical support, must demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be able to manage a range of IT issues. Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems as well as providing outstanding customer service. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are required.

Qualifications

• A+ / Network+ / Security+ certifications preferred.
• 1-5 years of desktop support experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripherals.
• Document time spent and resolutions in service tickets.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage expectations.
