The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years' experience in technical support, strong skills in Windows Server administration, and expertise in network security. Qualifications

• 3-7+ years helpdesk/field-onsite technical support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and associated administration tasks.
• Experience with Firewall and Network Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide both reactive and proactive support for desktop, server, and network issues.
• Document time accurately, with a focus on client engagement.
• Handle both technical and customer service-related tasks.
