Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Technician II to provide both on-site and remote IT support. The role focuses on solving workstation, printer, and common business app issues while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will handle deployments, imaging, and user profile management, with responsibilities including basic server and network troubleshooting and occasional after-hours on-call coverage. Prior MSP experience and IT certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Minimum two years in Helpdesk support or a similar role.
• Skilled in application troubleshooting, PC deployments/imaging, and user profile management.
• Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in supporting Office 365, MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
• Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
• Active IT Certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues and printer problems.
• Troubleshoot standard business applications and line-of-bus apps; coordinate with vendors.
• Address basic server and networking issues; respond to Quick Fix calls.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support for on-site and remote work.
• Support MS Office 365, Adobe, and related tools; maintain user profiles and imaging.
