Job summary

Integris in Minnesota is seeking a Systems Technician to deliver frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity. You’ll be the first contact for client tech inquiries and handle requests via phone, email, and the client portal.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, precise documentation, and teamwork with Systems Administrators and Engineers to resolve issues and maintain daily service delivery in a managed services environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• Entry-level certifications preferred (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals).
• 1–3 years in technical support or help desk roles; MSP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work tickets in order of SLA and document actions.
• Provide frontline support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and network issues.
• Collaborate with Administrators and Engineers to resolve client issues and grow knowledge.
