Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic network issues. You will serve as the first point of contact, handling inquiries via phone, email, and client portal while delivering excellent customer service and accurate ticket documentation.

You may work from client sites, Integris offices, or remote home offices as needed. The role emphasizes ongoing learning, SOP adherence, and collaboration with Systems Administrators

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Entry-level IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline tickets and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or portal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Escalate complex problems to Systems Admin/Engineer per SOPs.
• Document work for accurate billing and knowledge base updates.
