Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline technical support for end‑user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity issues. You will be the first contact via phone, email, or client portal, delivering professional service and accurate ticket documentation.

You will collaborate with Systems Administrators and Engineers, follow SOPs, and grow your technical skills while supporting a national client base in a dynamic MSP setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 1–3 years in technical support or help desk roles.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Experience using ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for end‑user devices and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize client disruption.
• Document work and manage tickets with proper categorization and SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators or Engineers when needed.
• Collaborate with admin/engineering teams and follow SOPs.
