Job summary

Integris in the United States is seeking a Systems Technician to deliver frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and basic connectivity, serving as the first point of contact for client technical assistance.

You will troubleshoot, document work, follow SOPs, and collaborate with Systems Administrators and Engineers to resolve issues, with growth toward advanced responsibilities and a strong focus on customer service and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Entry-level certifications are preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals).
• 1–3 years in technical support or related IT roles; MSP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline end-user support via phone, email, and client portal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontline issues to minimize disruption.
• Document all work for accurate billing and knowledge base updates.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators/Engineers per procedures.
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve client issues and share knowledge.
