Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to deliver frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic network issues. You will handle tickets, document actions, and escalate complex problems to specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science, IT, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver's license.
• Entry-level certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+).
• 1–3 years in technical support, help desk, or similar IT support roles.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps, Windows OS, basic networking, and end-user tech.
• Experience in MSP or multi-client environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline end-user support via phone, email, and portal with strong customer service.
• Manage tickets, document work, and prioritize tasks by SLA.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues and escalate complex cases.
• Collaborate with Systems Admins, Engineers, and teammates to resolve client problems.
• Follow SOPs and contribute to knowledge base updates.
• Assist with documentation, training, and ongoing technical growth.
