Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to deliver frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and basic network issues. You will handle tickets from phone, email, and client portal, document all steps, and escalate complex problems to Systems Administrators or Engineers as required.

You will work within a collaborative MSP environment, supporting a range of technologies while growing your technical capabilities and following established SOPs for consistent service

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for end-user devices and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage tickets via the service desk and ensure proper documentation and prioritization.
• Troubleshoot frontline issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level admins when needed.
• Maintain accurate service tickets for client billing and support.
• Collaborate with Systems Administrators and Engineers to resolve client issues.
