Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. You’ll serve as the first contact via phone, email, or client portal and escalate complex issues to specialists as needed.

You will work to deliver excellent client service, document work thoroughly, and grow technical capabilities toward Systems Administrator responsibilities in a national MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support or Microsoft Fundamentals are preferred.
• 1–3 years in technical support, help desk, or related IT roles.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, networking, and basic security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for end-user devices and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Troubleshoot, document, and resolve tickets; escalate when needed.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators or Engineers per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation for billing and support.
• Collaborate with Administrators and Engineers to resolve client issues.
