Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365 apps, and basic networking. You will be the first point of contact via phone, email, or client portal, documenting requests and guiding users through resolution.

You will work with our US‑based MSP team, escalate complex issues to Senior Engineers as needed, and help maintain SOPs and knowledge bases while expanding your technical skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, desktop support, or related IT support roles.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and end‑user technology.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service focus are essential.
• Experience in an MSP or multi-client IT support environment is a plus.
• Entry‑level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or Microsoft Fundamentals are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline IT support requests via phone, email, and client portal.
• Manage assigned tickets in line with SLA and document work for billing and knowledge sharing.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators or Engineers following SOPs.
• Collaborate with Administrators, Engineers, and other team members to resolve client issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to SOP updates.
