Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Entry-level certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+).

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for end-user devices and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontline issues to minimize disruption.
• Document work and escalate complex issues to higher tiers as needed.
• Follow IT service management processes and SOPs.
