Job summary

Integris is hiring a Systems Technician to provide frontline technical support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity issues. You will be the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and the client portal, delivering exceptional service while documenting and resolving requests efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of IT support experience, strong communication, and a drive to grow into more advanced roles within a national MSP.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft OS and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline IT support tickets via phone, email, and portal.
• Troubleshoot end-user devices, printers, and network issues.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators or Engineers as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.
