Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365 apps, and basic networking. You will act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and client portal, and help resolve issues while maintaining high standards of service.

The role offers opportunities to grow technical knowledge, follow established SOPs, and collaborate with Systems Administrators and Engineers across a national MSP.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in technical support or help desk roles.
• Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Knowledge of basic networking and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage frontline tickets and respond via phone, email, and portal.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers per SOPs.
• Document work to support billing and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with systems admins/engineers to resolve client issues.
• Maintain professional client relationships and follow SLA.
• Contribute to SOPs and knowledge base updates.
