Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity. You will handle tickets via phone, email, and client portal, documenting work and escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Entry-level certifications are preferred. Examples: CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, Microsoft Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+.

Responsibilities

• Work assigned tickets in order of SLA.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client support requests via phone, email, and client portal.
• Answer inbound support calls, create service tickets, document, categorize, and prioritize requests.
• Troubleshoot frontline technical issues to minimize disruption to client operations.
• Escalate advanced or unresolved issues to Systems Administrators or Engineers.
• Document all technical work for accurate client billing and ongoing support.
