Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support/service desk roles in fast-paced technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 to Tier 3 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Create, triage, and resolve IT support tickets in ITSM platform.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding including device prep and access provisioning.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS devices and core software deployments.
• Manage user access and security permissions across systems.
• Document IT assets, configurations, and licenses; assist with escalations.
