Job summary

Andretti Global is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide front-line technical support for employees and business operations from our Indianapolis, IN campus. The role requires regular onsite work and involvement in on-call after-hours support during race weekends and events.

The technician will support hardware, software, network, mobile devices, and user access, leveraging Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS/iOS, and IT security practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or related IT role preferred.
• Experience supporting end users in a fast-paced business environment preferred.
