Job summary

The Cadillac Formula 1 Team in Indianapolis is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our US-based Technology group. You will be the frontline contact for employees, contractors, and guests, delivering timely resolution and a seamless end-user experience across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365.

You will handle Tier 1-3 support, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain documentation, and collaborate with global IT teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support/service desk in fast-paced environments.
• Strong Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, macOS/iOS support.
• Experience with AD, group policy, DNS/DHCP and Intune/Entra.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–3 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Triage and resolve IT tickets; document actions in ITSM.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding; manage device provisioning and access.
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices and core apps.
• Collaborate with global IT; participate in after-hours on-call.
