Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an IT Support Technician with strong end-to-end IT service delivery experience to support high-caliber Engineers and mission-critical operations. You will provide 1st-3rd line support, manage on-site IT assets, and deploy hardware and mobile devices while ensuring security and compliance.

You will troubleshoot software/hardware, configure printers, support network connectivity, and document solutions for non-technical users.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of professional IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier support to SpaceX employees.
• Manage on-site inventory and the lifecycle of IT assets.
• Procure, configure, and deploy computer hardware and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, in person and remotely.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers and network connectivity.
• Develop new workflows and document solutions for non-technical users.
