Job summary

SPACE EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGIES CORP is hiring an IT Support Technician to manage IT services for SpaceX staff. The role requires strong IT technical skills, customer service abilities, and experience in high-paced environments. Responsibilities include providing multi-tier support, managing IT assets, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues. Ideal candidates will have experience with Microsoft technologies and be comfortable working independently. Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in building, deploying and troubleshooting IT systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies and enterprise environments.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier IT support to SpaceX employees.
• Manage on-site inventory and lifecycle of IT assets.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, both in person and remotely.
• Develop new workflows and solutions with IT engineering groups.
• Write instructional documentation for technical processes.
