Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an IT Support Technician (Logistics) to join a fast-paced team supporting engineers and 24x7 manufacturing operations. You will manage on-site hardware, deploy devices, troubleshoot desktops and printers, and work with IT engineering groups to resolve complex issues.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year enterprise IT experience, strong customer service, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff. Some travel and flexible shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support in an enterprise setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiar with Windows-based systems and hardware setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site inventory and lifecycle of IT assets.
• Procure, configure and deploy computer hardware and mobile devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot desktop, printers and networked devices.
• Provide 1st-3rd line support to SpaceX staff.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues on-site and remotely.
• Develop workflows with IT engineering to resolve complex issues.
• Provide network support from device to VLAN configuration.
• Create user-friendly documentation for end users.
