Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to deliver enterprise help desk support for staff, handling onboarding, setup, troubleshooting, and asset recovery across computers, mobile devices, printers, and conference room tech.

You will provide 1st to 3rd tier support, manage on-site inventory, set up workstations for new hires, troubleshoot issues in person and remotely, and document common problems to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of enterprise IT experience.
• Experience building and troubleshooting computer systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends.
• Experience with macOS, iOS, or Linux environments.
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCSE.
• Knowledge of audio-visual and conference room equipment.
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier enterprise help desk support to SpaceX employees
• Manage on-site inventory and lifecycle of end-user IT assets, including procurement, configuration, and deployment
• Set up and support workstations for new and existing staff, including onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues both in-person and remotely, including printers, network connectivity, and audio-visual equipment
• Improve help desk workflows and write instructional documentation for technical issues
