• Provide basic help desk-level technical support during the transition process.
• Ensure devices are properly set up, connected, and functioning before handing them off to end users.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication when assisting staff during device transitions.

Job Title: IT Support Technician - Windows 10 to Windows 11 Device Conversion
Location: Montgomery, Alabama (Local Candidates Only)
Employment Type: Contract (3 months + possibility of extension)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week
Typical Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional schedule adjustments may occur)
