Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Advanced knowledge with Windows 10 and 11.
• Experience with networking preferred.
• Work & learn independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
• Multi-tasking abilities and thorough follow-up required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills required.
• Must be able to pass a background screen, and a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provides IT support to end users by investigating and resolving software and hardware problems.
• Advanced technical issues involving Microsoft’s full suite business applications and operating systems.
• Analyze and resolve network performance issues.
• Contributes and maintains accurate documentation to provide consistent solutions.
• Assists with projects, tasks, and planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
