Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience installing, supporting, and troubleshooting the listed equipment in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform server administration tasks; monitor resources to ensure components work together.
• Monitor health using management tools and respond to hardware issues.
• Lead hardware and software migration and upgrade efforts.
• Maintain and upgrade internal infrastructure including servers, networking gear, and security updates.
• Assist the help desk and teams with troubleshooting to identify root causes.
• Conduct routine audits of all systems, including backups.
• Document tasks, design, tests, and implementations; seek input from management.
• Utilize formal and informal training to maintain skills.
